In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from the date of delivery. However, it is not possible to return personalized products.
The consumer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to ELLIUS by e-mail at support@ellius.com

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, ELLIUS will reimburse the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days as required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014. The term of gg. 14 will, however, start from the day the goods are received by the consumer.
ELLIUS will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the consumer during the purchase phase.
The direct costs of returning the products are charged to the consumer. The reimbursement of the expenses of the gift box and of the other services associated with the order will not be reimbursed.

  1. Return procedure
    – Send an e-mail to support@ellius.com indicating the intention to initiate a return procedure
    – Connect to the www.ellius.com website
    – Enter the “My account” using Login and Password
    – Download and fill out the Return Form, available in the “My Account / Return Form” box
    – Make sure all the jewels are in the condition in which they were received
    – Store the goods in the original packaging enclosing the Return Form

Purchases made in ELLIUS stores or dealers can not be made only through an online procedure, or vice versa, products purchased in the online store can not be returned to physical stores. Return procedures must follow the reverse purchase path.

  1. Refund
    After receiving and accepting the goods, ELLIUS will refund the amount charged as long as the items are unused and intact and send a confirmation e-mail to the consumer (Confirm Acceptance Return).

    The times and methods of reimbursement vary according to the chosen payment method:
    – Credit Card: our bank will make a refund within 7 working days of the e-mail Confirmation Acceptance Return. The time required to display the refund on your account depends on the institution issuing the card;
    -Bank Banking: the consumer must communicate IBAN, SWIFT, BIC necessary for the reimbursement that will be visible on the bank account indicated within 7 days from the e-mail Confirmation Acceptance Return;
    -Good discount and purchase voucher: non-refundable.

    3.1 If the return is for an entire order, the full purchase amount and shipping costs will be refunded.
    If the return concerns only some items of the order delivered in Italy or abroad, the shipping costs related to the cheapest shipping method offered by ELLIUS will be reimbursed, incurred to receive the item.

    The direct costs of returning the products are responsibility of the consumer. The reimbursement of the expenses of the gift box and of the other services associated with the order will not be reimbursed.
