ELLIUS will send the products ordered and purchased by the consumer with the following timing:
– Italy delivery in 24/48 hours at a cost of € 8 (free shipping on orders over € 75);
– Europe delivery in 1-5 working days at a cost of € 20;
– Extra European countries delivery in 3-7 days, the rates are variable according to the country and can be consulted at check-out (customs fees charged to the customer);
In the case of customized products at the normal delivery times, the time required for the production of the item that can vary from 15 to 20 working days will be added.
The delivery will be by courier in charge and the goods will travel with appropriate insurance coverage.
With regard to the deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any customs import charges will be responsibility of the recipient. Should the delivered item show any defects, it will be possible to request a replacement with a specimen free of defects. ELLIUS replaces each item free of charge as a result of damage due to production up to two years from the date of purchase.The consumer has two months from the discovery to contest them. The consumer is requested to keep the confirmation / invoice of the order or deliver it to the recipient of the gift because it is an original proof of the purchase made.
The wear due to the use, improper use and oxidation of the goods are not covered by the guarantee. ELLIUS will repair or replace the defective item by taking the least expensive route within 30 days. from the date of receipt of the defective item.
If the purchased goods are no longer in production, ELLIUS undertakes to return the amount spent through a purchase voucher to the consumer.
The direct costs of returning the products are responsibility of the consumer.
