The sanctuary of Santa Lucia, in the beautiful city of Siracusa, has fascinated and inspired the artisan jewelers Ellius. It was built where Santa Lucia was martyred and was also known as the “Church of Santa Lucia outside the walls” because it was farther from the city center. The Ellius minimal ring takes up the octagonal shape of its temple and is enriched with champagne and white stones. This play of colors makes the jewel shine, like the Sicilian sun, which reflects its light on the walls of this splendid basilica.
