For the realization of this Rosary necklace, Ellius drew inspiration from the beautiful dome of the monastery of San Benedetto in Conversano.
The monastery, famous for its abbess – to whom Pope Gregory X granted the honor of wearing the miter and holding the crosier – is characterized by a brightly colored dome. The Rosary necklace, made of hypoallergenic 925 silver, has at its center the small dome, which is enriched with bright blue and yellow stones, reminiscent of that of the monastery. As in all rosary necklaces, there is no shortage of the cross – enriched with yellow stones – and small spheres.
